Wow... You packed a lot into that response. Some things I agree with and some I don't. I will be a little more succinct with my response. As I said in my article until the metrics and reward structure changes, regardless of what mothers and fathers tell you at the office, they won't change in any meaningful way. And that trajectory ensures a climate catastrophe.

Thanks to this email I'm going to write another article which I've been thinking about for a while. How business is not actually being deregulated; I believe it has tighter regulations than it ever has. Unfortunately those regulating the marketplace are private equity who are demanding companies reduce "wasteful" CSR programs for the sake of greater profitability.

I hope this doesn't raise your blood pressure :-).
